East Asian Medicine teaches that poor blood circulation in the uterus is one ofthe most common causes of menstrual pain. This formula supports the body to move blood smoothly, and to relax abdominal muscles. It is particularly suited for cramps and pain accompanied by thick or clotty menstrual blood.
Body Dosing, (recommended for physical issues): 1/4 to 1 dropper full (1 ml) in a small glass of water or juice, or take it straight up. Take as needed, up to 4-6 times per day.
Micro-dosing (recommended for psycho-emotional issues): 3 to 5 drops as needed.
