SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY

 

SHIPPING 

1. Do you offer free shipping?  

Yes, on orders over $100 within the US. 

2. Why hasn't my order shipped yet? 

Our team fulfills orders in the order in which they are received during regular business hours, Monday through Friday. Typically, fulfillment time takes 1-3 business days before an order is shipped. During the peak holiday season, fulfillment time may take 5 to 7 business days. 

RETURNS

1. What is your return policy? (for US domestic orders only) 

You may return any new and unused product for a refund. We do not refund the original shipping fee, and we do not pay (or refund the cost) of return shipping. To qualify for a refund, we must receive your return within 30 days of you receiving the product. Opened products are subject to the same policies and will also incur a 15% return fee. Please include a note with the reason for your return. We recommend shipping with a trackable service, as we are not responsible for packages lost en route back to us. Email us with the return tracking number so that our team can be notified.  

DAMAGED OR BROKEN ITEM 

1. My tincture bottle arrived broken. What do I do? 

 Send us a note with a picture, and we will send a replacement asap. 

 2. Can I send my empty bottle back to be reused? 

 As much as we love this idea, unfortunately, we are unable to reuse empty bottles due to safety and compliance requirements.
