Qi moves but has no substance. Blood has substance but no motive force. Blood gives qi a vehicle, qi moves the blood. When either are deficient, nourishment cannot circulate effectively through the body. We take in life through through food, drink, interactions, and emotions, and process it via ingestion, digestion, absorption, and elimination. But when qi and blood stagnate or are deficient, these processes become impaired. What is meant to nourish us sits and festers- getting funky, gumming up the works. This cycle of dysfunction gets stuck in a loop and intensifies over time. The result? It feels like you're stuck in the mud. Your mind, belly and body feel heavy and you just can’t muster the energy to get unstuck from the heavy muck that is weighing you down. Everything feels slow, thick, and stodgy- brain, belly, body. This can also increase irritability and anxiety.

Body Dosing, (recommended for physical issues): 1/4 to 1 dropper full (1 ml) in a small glass of water or juice, or take it straight up. Take as needed, up to 4-6 times per day.
Micro-dosing (recommended for psycho-emotional issues): 3 to 5 drops as needed

•Take a week or two off every 6-8 weeks if you are taking tinctures daily.

•If you’re sensitive to alcohol or avoiding it, evaporate the alcohol by dropping the dose in boiling water and letting it steam off.
