In Chinese medicine there is a saying: when there is pain there is stagnation, and when there is stagnation there is pain. One of the unique qualities of Chinese herbal medicine is our ability to direct the formula to a specific area of the body. This formula targets the neck, shoulder, and trapezius muscles specifically and makes it more effective than other anti-inflammatory type formulas. It works by unblocking stagnation, then works on muscles relaxation and softening, lubricating and strengthening.
Body Dosing (recommended for physical issues): 1/4 to 1 dropper full (1 ml) in a small glass of water or juice, or take it straight up. Take as needed, up to 4-6 times per day.
Shake well before taking
Everybody is different. Find the dose that works for you. Less is more.
Take a week or two off every 6-8 weeks if you are taking tinctures daily.
If you’re sensitive to alcohol or avoiding it, evaporate the alcohol by dropping the dose in boiling water and letting it steam off.
If you feel unwell after taking any formula, stop taking it! Always consult your physician when trying new supplements.
