Body Dosing (recommended for physical issues): 1/2 to 1 dropper full (1 ml) in a small glass of water or juice, or take it straight up. Take as needed, up to 4-6times per day.
Everybody is different. Find the dose that works for you. Less is more.
Take a week or two off every 6-8 weeks if you are taking tinctures daily.
If you’re sensitive to alcohol or avoiding it, evaporate the alcohol by dropping the dose in boiling water and letting it steam off.
