In Chinese medicine there is a saying: when there is pain there is stagnation, and when there is stagnation there is pain. This formula targets the neck, shoulder, and trapezius muscles specifically and makes it more effective than other anti-inflammatory type formulas. It works by unblocking stagnation, and relaxating softening, lubricating, and strengthening the soft tissue and skeletal structure to alleviate pain and slow degeneration.

Body Dosing (recommended for physical issues): 1/4 to 1 dropper full (1 ml) in a small glass of water or juice, or take it straight up. Take as needed, up to 4-6 times per day.

• Everybody is different. Find the dose that works for you. Less is more.
• Take a week or two off every 6-8 weeks if you are taking tinctures daily.
• If you’re sensitive to alcohol or avoiding it, evaporate the alcohol by dropping the dose in boiling water and letting it steam off.
