This herbal blend encourages and supports and healthy circulation of qi and blood in the lower body to relieve stagnation, relax the soft tissue, and nourish muscles, joints, and bones in the lower body to ease lower body pain naturally, improve mobility and support bone and soft tissue health.

Body Dosing, (recommended for physical issues): 1 dropper full (1 ml) in a small glass of water or juice, or take it straight up. Take as needed, up to 4-6 times per day.

Micro-dosing (recommended for psycho-emotional issues): 3 to 5 drops 3-4 times a day
